Typical work day

•        Assemble wood doors
•        Install door frames
•        Use pneumatic tools
•        Move materials and finished products
•        Cut mouldings with machinery

•        Physically fit and able to do a lot of heavy lifting
•        Able to read imperial measurements
•        Able to read production orders
•        Flexible, independent
•        Thorough, hardworking
•        Punctual 

Working conditions

•        Schedule: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. with possible overtime in peak season
•        Buddy training on hiring
•        Possible advancement to other production positions
•        Competitive starting wage of $19.75 (increased after 1040 hours)
•        Christmas party, summer BBQ party, food truck and other social activities
•        4 weeks off (2 during summer construction and 2 during holiday season)
•        Equipment provided: boots, sweaters, hats, sweatshirts, gloves, protective eyewear and even masks!
